1 You don't need x360ce if you have xInput. 2) As always, on pc, you have to go to settings > controller/controls. 1) actually, you still need x360ce for XInput controllers, otherwise the buttons mappings will be all wrong. I mean, the buttons will be shown as "Button #", like in a generic controller, instead of Xbox controller buttons icons.

Withan Xbox 360 controller, AC controls like a dream. It takes a little getting used to, but when you do actually get used to it, it's very intuitive and makes the control just seem so fluid - you think it and it happens. The Assassin's Creed games on PC also have terrible mouse controls, especially Brotherhood.
